Bryan S. Brinyark

Bryan S. Brinyark, was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on February 21, 1968. He graduated from the University of Alabama in 1990 and received his juris doctorate from the University of Alabama in 1993 where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Farrah Law Society.
He was admitted to the bar in 1993 and is licensed to practice in the state courts of Alabama as well as the U.S. District Courts in the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama.
Mr. Brinyark is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association where he served as president, vice president, secretary/treasurer, and a member of the Tuscaloosa County Public Defender’s Commission. He currently serves as a member of the Alabama Judicial System Study Commission and the Alabama Black Belt Action Commission – Small Business Development Committee.
He has served as the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Brent since 2003 and Municipal Court Judge for the City of Centreville since 2005. Additionally, Mr. Brinyark serves as the Substitute Municipal Court Judge for the City of Tuscaloosa.
