Joseph N. Hocutt, II
Joseph N. Hocutt, II was born in Fairfield, California on July 2, 1974. He received his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors in Political Science from the University of North Alabama in 1996 and was a member of the Beta Gamma Phi and Phi Beta Kappa societies of honor while in undergraduate study. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1999 where he was a member of the Environmental Law Society and President of the Law Republicans.
Mr. Hocutt is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the American Bar Association, the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association, as well as being admitted to practice before Alabama's U.S. District Courts in the Northern and Middle Districts.
