Robin E. Pate

Robin Pate is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She received her juris doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Alabama in 2009 and was admitted to practice the same year. She received her Bachelor's of Science degree in biology from Birmingham-Southern College in 2004.
While in law school, Ms. Pate was a junior editor and a member of the Managing Board of The Journal of the Legal Profession. She served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sharon L. Blackburn, Chief United States District Judge for the Northern District of Alabama. She was a student intern at the University of Alabama Elder Law Clinic, and a research assistant for Professor Shahar Dillbary, working in conjunction with Harvard Business School. Ms. Pate was a student member of the Farrah Law Society, the Dorbin Association, and the Law & Economics Society.
She is licensed to practice in Alabama's state courts as well as in Alabama's U.S. District Courts in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts.
