Real Estate Services

The firm and its title company, Guaranty Title, Inc., provide residential and commercial real estate services. Services include real estate closings, title examinations, title insurance, title curative work, and preparation of legal documents for real estate transactions.

Real estate manager, Nancy B. Fair, has over 20 years of experience in preparing and managing closing packages for banks and realtors. Along with Ms. Fair are an assistant manager and three real estate secretaries who assist in the preparation of closing documents. In addition, title examiners review all relevant documents so that the seller conveys good title. In order to perform all real estate services properly, attorneys in the firm manage and perform real estate closings with an emphasis on precision and accuracy.

Guaranty Title, Inc., writes title insurance policies for First American Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
